Aremania is the name for a group of supporters of the Arema football club. Aremania is not included in the organizational structure of the Arema Malang club but stands alone as a supporter of the Arema Malang club. Therefore Aremania has always been independent in all its affairs and financing. It is not certain when Aremania was formed, but the name Aremania first appeared on 4 September 1994 through a jacket worn by one of the founders of Arema, Ovan Tobing.

Previously, Arema supporters were in a" dark period" where every time their team met another team, it was almost certain that there would be riots. After the awareness emerged to show that supporting their kesukaan team doesnt have to be narrow- minded( local chauvinism), Aremania began to improve itself and began to change its image, not only peaceful, sporty, loyal, but also attractive. During its establishment, Aremania managed to get rid of the support community that had been formed by the club at the beginning of the clubs formation and independently formed a leaderless support group called Aremania.

Aremania one of the most loyal supporters in Indonesia. In every match, whether in Malang or outside Malang, Aremania always supports their kesukaan team. They never care about their team winning or losing, what matters is that they support their kesukaan team in a sporty, attractive and sympathetic way.

The awards ever won by Aremania include The Best Supporter in Ligina VI in 2000 by Ketum Agum Gumelar. and The Best Supporter at Copa Indonesia II in 2006.

After Aremanias suspension ended, Aremania helped Arema win the 2010 Indonesian Luar biasa League. In the 2010 Indonesian Luar biasa League, Aremania became the supporter World Health Organization toured the most. around 50, 000 Aremania World Health Organization came to Jakarta. Most of them use modes of transportation in the form of trains, buses, and private vehicles. This is still added by around 7000- 10000 Aremania spread across the Jabodetabek zona. around 40, 000 Aremania managed to enter the stadium by holding tickets that had been purchased previously, thousands of other Aremania had to be on the shuttle tires and even thousands more were outside the stadium because they could not enter the stadium. Aremania occupies sectors 13 to 24 of the Bung Karno main stadium while the home fans of The Jakmania are in sectors 1 to 12
